It is important for measuring velocity of flow in industry. There are many devices to measure high velocity, but there are few of devices to measure low velocity of flow, especially for special liquid. In this paper, we design a new data acquisition of flowmeter. The hardware circuit and signal processing circuit are designed. For improving accuracy, we use an arithmetic to deal with the data. The work finished in this paper is as follows:1. Based on mathematics model and mathematics formula which are concluded from the hydrokinetics, we designed a new type device to measure velocity of flow and measure temperature and liquid stress.2. Select the right sensor in according to the temperature and pressure, and design the circuit to transform the signal.3. The design and completion of the hardware circuit, include the circuit of sensor's signal and the selection of controlling circuit, as the same time, the peripheral. We introduced some circuit which is important.4. We design the software, also. The software must can complete mission. For improving the accuracy, we adapt some compensation ways.5. The acquisition and the dealing of test data.6. Based on the VC++6.0, we designed the interface which can display the data and receive the order of the PC.
