The rapid innovation and integration of the new generetion of information technology and manufacturing industry,promoting the rapid development of the manufacturing industry towards informatization and intelligence.At present,the common problems in discrete manufacturing enterprises production process involves multi-source data can not be timely and efficient access in the manufacturing process,the lack of effective management and control on the production process,quality of product is difficult to trace in the production process.These problems make it difficult for enterprises to meet the demand of high efficiency and rapid response of today’s manufacturing informatization.Therefore,the research on the key technologies of discrete manufacturing process data acquisition system,to achieve real-time data accurately and comprehensively,promotes the production of interaction and data sharing,to enhance the manufacturing process and enhance the transparency and the enterprise workshop on the management control and decision-making ability,is very important.First of all,based on the analysis of the data acquisition status and the investigation of the field enterprises,the demand analysis of discrete manufacturing process data acquisition system is made in detail.Based on requirement analysis,the overall technical framework and functional structure of the system are constructed.Aiming at the difficulty of collecting multi-source data in the manufacturing field,a multi data acquisition terminal integrating bar code data acquisition,RFID data acquisition and image data acquisition is researched and designed.Then,on the basis of analyzing the structure of manufacturing workshop data acquisition system,facing the problem of how to solve the large number of data-aware terminal deployment in a large number of manufacturing plants,a multi-level wireless sensor network structure of manufacturing workshop dendrogram is proposed.The structure can reduce the data transmission delay,and prolong the network life,and balance network node load.Secondly,in view of the shortcomings of poor scalability of data acquisition system and time-consuming and labor-intensive installation of data acquisition terminal by traditional manual installation,a method to register smart terminal by scan registration code is studied and designed.The validity of the proposed method is verified by experiments and convenience.Finally,the design of the data acquisition system has been implemented.
