The point of view of research are focus on Media communication, advertising and marketing, TV entertainment and mass culture. The terms of the majority of media staff from frontline study from shooting skills, media management and operation in a bid to show the feasibility of the proposed ideas and suggestions of program’s arrangement and production. These works studied from different perspectives and different emphasis on quiz show, But no one is from more comprehensive perspective.This article is based on the key words of the research:quiz show and scientific content, according to the link between the two key words, surrounding two aspects: the development process of program content, and changes in the characteristics of its contents and the implications for Science Education; Then we choose Jiangsu Satellite TV, "Who is still standing" for the specific object of study, through the analysis of the content of the text, the text content of scientific knowledge in the analysis and presentation of content in the form of video analysis, in-depth study to explore them; and finally, according to the obtained findings, put forward proposals.After analysis we can draw the following conclusions: the feature of educational, life, entertainment are more remarkable in quiz show; The question of Educational and entertainment with a suitable proportion; Scientific content accounted for a small proportion of the total program, but the content is comprehensive, A lower degree of difficulty; The scientific congtent of the program has high correlation with full-time compulsory education science curriculum standard.The author also puts forward suggestions on quiz show:develop the area of communication content area, guide the audience to pursuit of a higher level of target, maintain active content innovation.The space of quiz show never gets filled, China’s quiz show will develop toward two directions in the future: One is the family class with more families elements, one is pure intellectual class and cultural transmission direction. The development trend of the program will be more and more diversified, the program content is more and more rich cultural depth, knowledge is more and more strong.
