Design And Implementation Of Cold Chain Monitoring And Simulation Testing Platform Based On Wireless Sensor Network

In recent years,with the rapid development of wireless sensor network,the application of collect the information for food monitor has been paid more attentions by reaearchers.WSN-based measurement network for food depot is the sensor network that most sensor nodes are buried in the food or deployed in the frozen food monitoring depot surface..WSN-based measurement network has several outstanding advantages in easy deployment,multi-parameter monitoring and easy upgrade.This paper mainly focuses on the study of frozen food monitoring, construction of a wireless sensor network for frozen food monitoring program, the research content of this paper is divided into two parts:The first part is design the routing protocol based on clustering and coverage optimization. The specific contents include: comparative and analysis the traditional clustering routing protocol,combined with the application background of the food cold chain logistics, proposed routing protocol coverage optimization, with the ant colony algorithm, made the link quality equaly to pheromone, select the node pheromone concentration, as the candidate cluster head,.Calculate the average the remaining energy of the whole network, randomly selected the remaining energy node is higher than the average remaining energy as the center, with R as the radius for radio, construction the clusters; in order to achieve the data transmission process of time synchronization, dividing into two kinds of situation, for the base station to the cluster head, using two-way time synchronization mechanism, the cluster head to the ordinary connection using single way and two-way time synchronization mechanism so that the whole network is in synchronization.The second part is the design and realize of the food cold chain logistics monitoring test platform.Platform adopts B/S architecture, through the Java and SQL database, design database platform and the human computer interaction interface. Through the WebService platform to release, the main realization function are: landing area and function area, the landing area can achieve the user’s registration and login information modification; functional areas can realize data display and query.the historical dataIn order to verify the performance of the routing protocol, combine the simulation test platform, the remote monitoring of frozen food in wireless sensor network was realized.
