Since the 1990’s, the new media represented by the Internet has been developing rapidly in China. Differs from the early Internet’s pure technology application status, at the present stage.the Internet has grown to be a way of life for the majority of the Internet users. Meanwhile, the new media also begin to replace the traditional knowledge carriers,such as books、schools、libraries, to be the netizens’ highest degree of use of knowledge carrier forms at the present stage. By the influence of the new "knowledge construction rules" which is brought by the new media context,when traditional knowledge enter the new media knowledge field,it will deconstruct and refactor inevitably, meanwhile,the authority of knowledge will transfer accordingly, and then the traditional political-power structure and values will be impacted.Through the analysis and study of network talk shows such as "Xiaoshuo"、Luojisiwei" which take "spreading knowledge" as their main selling point,and use the relevant opinions from the sociology of knowledge as the theoretical basis.this article will discuss the theme of "the reconstruction of knowledge" which happens in the new media environment.This paper mainly includes six parts.First is the introduction, introducing the research background, the research object, the research methods and the theoretical basis of this paper, identifying the research topics of this article, defining the concept of knowledge, and clarifying the relationship between knowledge and power.In the first chapter "the new media’s power of constructing and spreading knowledge", we will detail the equal power brought by the new media of constructing and spreading knowledge for ordinary internet users, and the influence of the audience’s identifying power for "knowledge to become knowledge" in the new meida’s knowledge field;clarify the new meida’s power of constructing and spreading knowledge in the technical level.In the second chapter "the transfering of authority -- the transformation of knowledge dissemination",we will detail the characteristics of the network talk shows’disseminators% the characteristics of the new media context and the condition of the audience’s identifying for "Xiaoshuo"、"Luojisiwei" etc, aiming to illustrate the transfering of knowledge authority and the contextual transformation of knowledge dissemination. In the third chapter "the path of knowledge constructing in the new media context",we will detail the deconstruction of traditional knowledge and the way of constructing knowledge in "Xiaoshuo"、"Luojisiwei" etc, clarify the characteristics of their knowledge structure and content,and the influence from the audience for the construction of their knowledge. In the fourth chapter "analysis about the effect of knowledge dissemination of network talk shows", we will refer to the comments by the audience and the experts on "Xiaoshuo" and "Luojisiwei", in the perspective of the effect of audience reception from these programs, to evaluate their way of knowledge construction and their knowledge content, pointing out their advantages and disadvantages. At the end of this paper, the author will summarize the full text, point out the phenomenon of knowledge transformation and the postmodern value pluralism brought by the new media, give some advice on the further development of constructing knowledge in the new media environment.
