Research On Archives Mobile Service And Its Models

With the development of information technology and the rise of Mobile Internet, people increasingly rely on mobile devices to obtain information. The traditional archives service has been unable to fully meet the needs of users of archives. As the traditional information service institution, archives should seize the opportunity of the development of Mobile Internet. Expanding the service function, innovating the service models and providing the service of archives information beyond the limits of time and space has become an urgent and important topic. The archives mobile services is an inevitable choice and the best path for transformation of archives information service mode under the Mobile Internet environment.This paper attempts to define the concepts and the characteristics in field of archives mobile services and analysis the necessity and feasibility of archives mobile services in China. Through the network investigation and literature research, the paper grasps the current situation of the development of archives mobile service. In view of the problems, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions. This article systematically expounds the principles, functions and basic ways of archives mobile service. The author points out that the elements of mobile service system of archives including archival resources, service personnel, archives users, technical support and standard specification. The author also creatively constructs the archives service models including the deepen mode, the expansion mode and the demassification mode. Secondly it expounds the ideas and methods of this subject.Finally, it summarizes several innovative points of this paper.Chapter 2:Definition of Related Concepts. According to the contents of the research, the author tries to define the concept of archive Mobile Service and introduce the feathers and principles of it.Chapter 3:This part analyzes the necessity and feasibility of archives mobile services in China.Chapter 4:Through the network investigation and literature research, this part grasps the current situation of the development of archives mobile service and analyzes the restricting factors of archives mobile services at present. The focus of network research is WeChat public platform of provincial archives. Literature research points out the needs of users of archives mobile services.Chapter 5:The principles and basic ways of archives mobile service. This part puts forward three principles to carry out mobile service and summarizes four basic ways of mobile service. According to the problems of WeChat public platform,this part put forwards some countermeasures.Chapter 6:The mobile service system and the service models. This part points out the archives mobile service system of the five elements, and the relationship between the various elements of it. Constructing three models of mobile service from three perspectives of the archives service breadth, depth and users.Chapter 7:Conclusion. The final chapter summarizes main deficiencies of this paper and points out the direction of further research.The related research of archives mobile services can further improve the archives information service and utilization of the archives information resources theory, in order to carry out scientific guidance of archives information service in work practice.
