With the increasing rapid from industrlization to informatization in human society. Information communication, acquisition and utilization become fundamentals in social services. Archive users and archive information are connected by archives information service, which has significant effect on social practices. Currently, increasing demanding and enhanced social effects require higher standards in archive information services. Therefore, further research and discussion about updating archive information services is necessary in modern society. From the users’side, the services quality, which based on qualitative and quantitative research is able to provide a theoretical basis for improvement. Furthermore, the research could also assist the archive institute to update the information service system and fulfill the information service model. The research will provide a reliable basis for further resources developing, national construction and human production as well.This paper mainly focuses on clearing up information and achieve information services and service quality rating system. Based on basic concepts and theories, service quality rating system is available in archive information management. There are several steps to improve users’satisfaction. Those steps can be summarized as: analysis correlation between archive information services and clients, select rational rating system, build up archive information rating model based on questionnaire survey data, analysis practical issues and come up with corresponding methods.The paper includes five parts:Introduction is in the first part, which contains the research purpose, research meaning, domestic and foreign research, methods and innovation points.Second part is the review about some important implications and char in information and archive information services, three main representative theories are introduced firstly. The next is the theories about archive information services and service quality. Then, the theory is discussed relations. Methods selection are discussed and followed.Archive information service rating models are displayed in part three. In this section, rating index and filter utilization are described specifically. The whole procedure and each steps are explained in detail in this part as well.Part four are some case analysis. Based on previous models, relevant questionnaire is designed for collect data. This step is also make sure the credibility about our results. Analysis and investigation are followed.The main research in part five is to improve clients’ satisfaction. From part four, some practical issues are discovered. The quality and satisfaction can be improved from three aspects. Those are: archive institute, archive staff and service quality. Finally, an optimized strategy is able to be come up with.Through the thorough research, archive institute determine how to improve service from clients’ angle. Meanwhile, this paper also provides institute with overall information about technical, information services and consulting. Comparison with similar institution is also one way to to enhance service quality. Next steps are find out difference, provide rational advice and conducting in our library. This rating system will promote archive institute to update their service in a better way. Looking forward to a higher service quality.
