Research On Digital Archive Resource Service Based On Mobile Service Platform

With the rapid development of the mobile Internet and the widespread application of mobile terminals,we are in a new era of information explosion,surging technology and wealth creation by knowledge.With the exponential growth of digital archival resources,all links of information service are rapidly changing,and the traditional archival information service can no longer meet people's information needs.Under the multiple background of national governance structure transformation,technology external force drive,archives information management and service efficiency internal force drive,the public knowledge demand growth,archives mobile service platform arises at the historic moment,it has opened up the archives information service channels,become a new way of digital archive resources service in the new era.Through literature survey,this paper summarized the theoretical achievements of digital archive resource service under the application environment of the current mobile archive service platform in China,analyzed the construction and operation status of the mobile service platform of comprehensive archives in various regions,the service effect and existing problems of digital archive resource,and then put forward targeted optimization strategies.In order to improve the service level of China's digital archive resources,promote the integration of digital archive resources service and data technology development in the era of mobile Internet,and at the same time,provide a window for in-depth thinking and exploration for the theoretical research of archive science and the work practice of archive information service.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the research background and significance,research status at home and abroad,research methods and innovation points.The second chapter explains the concept of archives mobile service platform and the theoretical basis,analysis the characteristics and development trend of mobile services platforms,connotation and characteristics of digital archives resources service,mobile service platform,digital resources archives to define the concept of,this paper discusses the current our country archives using mobile service platform to promote the importance and feasibility of digital archives resources service.The third chapter based on the present situation in the construction of archives digital collection resources in various cities and provinces,from the archives profession "great service","outlook","big security concept" perspective,by far the most mature,the most widely used four types of mainstream mobile service platform as the research object: mobile web sites,mobile applications,We Chat public number,microblogging door side,using the literature analysis method,the online survey method,case analysis of four types of platform construction situation and the effect of information service research.Based on user perception,this paper analyzes the construction and operation of mobile service platform and the existing problems of service platform in the process of digital archive resource service.In the fourth chapter,aiming at the difficulties in the development of digital archive resources service of mobile service platform at different levels,it is proposed that at the service subject level,the main body of archives should be strengthened,the archive resources should be integrated,and the main body of platform construction should be standardized.At the level of service objects,the public needs for information should be met and the interactive communication mechanism should be improved.In terms of service mode,we should strengthen the optimization strategies of top-level design and system construction,application technology to drive service,improvement of functional modules,optimization of page design,creation of multimedia publicity and promotion matrix,and guarantee of information security.The fifth chapter summarizes the shortcomings existing in the research process of this paper and looks forward to the future development trend of China's comprehensive archives using mobile service platform to develop digital archive resource services.
