Facing the serious problem about becoming into dumb pipeline and losing industrial core, China Mobile proposes a solution of constructing wireless city. Shenzhen Wireless City gathers precious resource of local people’s livelihood, constructing and operating WAP site and Client Applications, in order to operate Transporting, Shopping, Medical service and other multi- industry chain, and embrace the mobile Internet with the advantage of the large data.Firstly as the coming of Mobile Internet, this paper analyzes the impact and opportunities, specifying the second profit taking-off driven due to using of large data which is composed with service, network, position and consumption information. Secondly, this study describes the thinking and position of Shenzhen Wireless City, and the process of product construction and operation combining with large data, finally focuses on wireless transport sector project. Then using the analysis of PEST and the comparison of advantages and disadvantages, we establish the development orientation of wirless transportation project.The wireless transport project develops from five areas, including team composition, product operation, precision marketing, group management and the innovation of business model. This paper introduces the product positioning, overall construction, channel marketing model and operation model of the wireless transport project, and the assessment of the project. This paper summarizes the wirless transport project experience of Shenzhen mobile wireless city, covering the development of mobile Internet product, large data using cases and cooperation business model, And it sets up wireless city business model characterized with Shenzhen, aiming for researching the development of operators in mobile internet, and exploring the direction of sustainable development.This paper research content has established the theory and the practice foundation for the Shenzhen comprehensive construction informationization city. implementation of transportation projects, to fully open the wireless city residents and public service, government affairs application and production application opens with the fusion of life.
