With the rapid development of urbanization, the transportation activities of urban muck are becoming more and more frequent, which also brings some social problems, such as: muck dumping in disorder, pollution of the city appearance and environment, muck vehicle speeding and illegal driving, endangering traffic safety, vehicle roaring, noise disturbing people, etc.,which seriously affect people's daily life and cause great concern from all walks of life.At the same time, the traditional management mode of muck transportation enterprises is single, which restricts the progress and development of enterprises. In the increasingly fierce competition in the market, the extensive operation mode has resulted in the situation of low efficiency of transportation management, increased cost of traffic violations, decreased economic benefits, and increasingly insufficient competitiveness of enterprises. The rapid development of science and information technology has led to the progress of productivity and innovation of management methods.People apply smart city technology to the management of muck transportation, which makes the smart city system an inevitable choice for the improvement of muck transportation enterprises. When the traditional muck transportation enterprises are faced with the above problems, the SWOT analysis method is used to find the development strategy of muck transportation enterprises, clarify the strategic breakthrough direction of muck transportation enterprise management, and apply new science and technology and management measures to make muck transportation management of enterprises become economic, efficient and intelligent, improve their core competitiveness, and improve muck transportation management level,so as to maximize To protect ecological environment, maintain traffic safety and reduce noise pollution. The main contents of this research include the following aspects: firstly,on the basis of discussing the research background and significance of urban residue transportation management, this paper introduces the objective situation and problems of urban residue transportation management, extends to the research status of improving residue transportation management mode by using smart cities at home and abroad, leads out the main research contents and research methods, and points out the innovative points. Then, the SWOT analysis method is introduced from shallow to deep, and the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional transportation management mode of slag transportation enterprises are analyzed. The SWOT matrix model of slag transportation enterprise strategy is constructed, which leads to the development suggestions of the traditional slag transportation enterprise strategy breakthrough. Then,it introduces the relationship between smart city and the development of slag transportation strategy, describes the management framework and system of the urban slag transportation management system based on Smart City, and makes a follow-up analysis of the pilot application, and points out the management environment of slag transportation under strict environmental protection policy. Then, the paper points out the direction of improving transportation path management in the process of development of muck transportation management system, proposes the model of optimizing muck transportation management path by combined particle swarm optimization algorithm, and provides scientific and effective theoretical support for system decision-making.The research results of this paper have the promotion and application value.Based on the efficient information management,it can promote the economic profit of slag transportation enterprise management, provide reference for transportation enterprises, and promote the healthy development of the city in terms of safety and environmental protection.
