| With the proportion of the service increasing in the global economy and the further development of service science, service economy continues to expand. And the service has become the largest part of the world’s major economies, also it’s the fastest growing part. That leads the Service Science,Management,Engineering (SSME) to become more and more common in various sectors. As the SSME includes services science, service management and service engineering, so it can be described its content includes all-inclusive, covers all sides of life. Thus, it isdifficult to find an article to introduce SSME exhaustive. In this case, the paper is starting from the industry of the Communication and Computer, and discusses the building of wireless city from the aspect of service projects. The paper mainly researches on some key technologies and issues in the building of the wireless city.Wireless city includs two levels of meaning:wireless coverage and wireless applications. Wireless coverage is to provide 2G/3G/WLAN network services; wireless applications is that people can get messages about Government’s information, public utility services, personal lives and other service informations through mobile phones and other wireless terminals at any time, anywhere; at the same time, wireless city provides information technology applications the government and industry users to improve the government’s urban management and efficiency of productions with the help of technologies like the things of net. Therefore, the wireless city is essentially a specific project of SSME. And this paper will focus on the second level of the wireless city----wireless applications. Current research on wireless city is mainly around the business model, key technologies, development bottlenecks and so on. And most study only stays in the concepts and theoretical level, while the specific construction of the wireless city, especially from the view of SSME, the reseach of technical architecture, business architecture, application development, project implementation and other key issues are in building the wireless city still in early research and exploration stage. The paper is mainly studying about some key issues in the building of wireless city. Under the guidance of the theory of SSME, proposing anew technology infrastructure of building the wireless city systematic, standardized and customizable; with the concept of SSME, constructing a secure, customized and differentiated business platform for industry users and individual users to meet the different levels and different needs of users; for specific services of wireless cities can provide, proposing a new developing approach about application of wireless city, supported by examples show; for how to solve the problem of specific building wireless city, from the engineering point of view, proposing a new solution of building wireless city and is committed to the formation a services engineering methodology of building wireless city, to achieve the purpose of the best service quality and the best city costs. The paper is divided into seven chapters:the first chapter is introduction, discussing the background and significance of the reseach, and also discussing the challenges and key issues of the wireless city construction; the second chapter describes the basic theory of service science and wireless city, indicating the intrinsic motivation of the wireless city construction and establishing the theoretical basis for follow-up study; the third chapter proposes a new business structure of wireless city construction, which is based on actual user demand; the fourth chapter proposees a new technology architecture of wireless city construction; the fifth chapter proposes a new applications architecture of wireless city construction; the sixth chapter is to explore a new project implementation plan of the wireless city construction under the guidance of SSME, and seek to study a universal solution for wireless city; the seventh chapter is summary and outlook, and all the research work summarized in this paper, and the content of future research prospects. |
