In the age of mobile Internet, smart phones have become the necessaries in most of people’s daily life. The software applications in the mobile phone are changing people both in their real life and virtual life. WeChat is the most outstanding representative among them. As an instant messaging software, WeChat has integrated into users’lives, which is way beyond other social software or other social networking sites.WeChat has formed a relatively stable and mature closed loop communication circle in the private cyberspace. As a mimicry communication system, WeChat circle has its distinctive features. On one hand, WeChat circle is formed on the basis of the uses’real life, on the other hand, WeChat circle affects users’real life and virtual life circle gradually, the coverage and impact of WeChat are far more significant than those of real life circle.This paper launched detailed investigation and systematic research and analysis on the communication of WeChat circle, which based on communication classical theory 5W mode and information dissemination mechanism theory.On the positioning of WeChat circle, it is divided into private circle and public circle. The private circle is the individual user’s closed loop communication circle. It focuses on individual user, and the circle includes WeChat friends, WeChat group and WeChat zone. The stranger who hasn’t add friends with each other can not get into the circle. Public circle is the public platform gathering transmission circle. It focuses on WeChat public platform, and the circle includes the individual users who subscribe to this account. After the definition of WeChat circles, this paper explores the reason why WeChat came out from three aspects: terminal products, personal needs and social life.As a communication system, the relationship between communicator of WeChat circle is worthy of attention. In WeChat circle, the communication subject and acceptance object has been mixed fused, and every users in WeChat have both of these two kinds of identity. The main communication body of WeChat circle is complex, and forms new opinion leaders. The main features include the role of coincidence and stereoscopic social etc.This paper also analyses the communication contents of WeChat circle. Its features include privacy, instant and diversification. It divides the information of WeChat circle into original, reproduced, interactive and other information, which is not mentioned in other researches.This paper researches the conversational communication and closed communication from the interpersonal communication, group communication and mass communication.At last, this paper investigates the dissemination effect and influence of WeChat circle. Firstly, it analyses the communication effect and influence of interpersonal interaction, which is based on gratification theory. The author thinks WeChat circle played a cluster effect, making the relationship of users closer gradually. Secondly, it researches a new public opinion platform made by WeChat circle, based on the agenda setting theory. Thirdly, it investigates the information knowledge gap made by WeChat circle, and that how the WeChat circle changes the information knowledge gap.
