Speaking of the contents, the articles are provided with the core of national education policies. On the other hand, People’s Daily insists on the principle of correct and just reporting. What’s more, when it comes to the writing styles, we can see a combination of critical reports, typical reports and serial reports among the articles; and special column and pages are arranged to promote the outstanding teachers on great events like National Teachers’ Day.However, for the articles of People’s Daily, there still exist problems such as being not effectively supervised by the public and teachers’ images being formulated. I personally suggest a stronger public supervision on and a richer description of teaching staffs in the newspaper so as to improve the quality of the articles of People’s Daily.
