It is very important for the development of electric power enterprises to grasp power demand information rapidly and accuratedly. Howeve,with the imbalanced development of electric power construction, the pressure due to environment and resources, has become a bottleneck which restricts the development of social economy of our country at present. This power imbalance in the development is caused by the power demand information channels which are sluggish, supply and demand information asymmetry. With the development of power market competition becomes more and more obvious, managers have been required to accurately grasp the market dynamic, rapidly and accurately obtain information data of enterprises of various kinds, and to found that electricity market rules, which made in favor of the development of enterprises to enhance the key strategy of competitive strength correctly.In this paper, concerned with the practical needs of the development of the electric power enterprises starting, we opposite to the power demand Web knowledge discovery and service push issues in-depth study. Through the analysis of power demand web, application of Web analysis and the service based on push technology, we try to design a Web based analysis involves collecting subsystem, analysis services subsystem, service subsystem, safety protection sub system function modules of power demand support system framework.Efficient discovery of power demand information have implied. On the power market demand has the value in a large amount of redundant information in Web,the system helps to realize the large amounts of power demand of Web raw data, dimension reduction simple, converted into valuable.That is, it’s easy to use power demand knowledge and market information under certain conditions, by matching user needs and services.The discovery of electric energy supply and demand sides has provided reliable data for reference to realize the future power demand forecasting implementation for the power demand of the knowledge discovery and service delivery. Initially, the system makes some exploration for the further research on the service of electric power demand Web analysis method, the analytic hierarchy process mature and effective application of system engineering in a quantitative evaluation on the performance of the system, which established an Web analysis of power demand support system based on performance evaluation index system, and combined with the index system,.At present, in order to illustrate the research question, this system is the realization of the web electric power demand of small sample data real-time analysis and push function. After long time test, the system is running stable, but still need to be in the next step of work to further improvement.
