Internet TV is showing its great commercial value with the rapid development of Internet technology and digital media, especially under the new concept of the Internet Plus. In this new media era, high performance and real time efficiency are required for the video content management platforms due to the diversity of the themes and the fast growth of video and audio information. The cluster mode, which has been commonly used in the internet video platforms, has increased the difficulty of the operation systems maintenance. In addition, the maintenance could be very time-consuming as a result of the bad usability of the video source stations and the completed metadata. As a result, the research on the Service Support System (SSS) object to the video content management platforms has great practical significance.The SSS designed in this thesis is set up according to the actual business requirements of Internet TV operation enterprises, it has realized the integration and task scheduling for core components of video source stations. In addition, the unified configuration management for other components and Service Monitoring management with Zabbix integration has been proposed in this thesis. It starts with the introduction of related technologies and backgrounds, and then the UML based System analysis model is set up according to the actual business need. In the system framework design part, the logical framework are designed by using MVC framework. The backend is implemented based on the combination of SpringMVC and MyBatis, and the frontend development is based on AngularJS and Twitter Bootstrap. Especially, I have designed the task allocation strategy by using general task state machine model and priority allocation based on the best current performance of the servers. In the end, the physical framework and database framework were designed.Thesis has designed in detail for the main function modules and realization of the asynchronous task processing framework based on Spring. A targeted comments are added for those details which need attention. In the following part of testing and deployment, the thesis has proposed how to use JUnit and Mockito to realize the unit testing, and integrated testing is provided to make sure that the system design met the users’requirements. Active-Standby solution has been designed in intranet environment for the system which requires 7 days * 24-hour uninterrupted running smoothly in this thesis.According to the actual execution, the system can help on the maintenances of the video content management platforms with higher performance and better support service. On one hand, the integration of the video source station system can reduce the workload for operations support with the reuse of the metadata; On the other hand, it can make the system more flexible and simple due to the multi-view business scenarios and batch management for video split task. General task state machine model can assure the reliability of the system. In addition, the asynchronous task processing framework can reduce the complexity of the system efficiently based on its characteristics.
