Design And Implementation Of Service Evaluation System Based On ICES-SSP

With the prosperous development of the service economy, the types of services have become more abundant, the innovation for service model is to continue to progress.Cloud manufacturing is new concept.It is learning from the cloud computing idea based on the concept of manufacturing as services . Cloud manufacturing platform is a key technology in the process of researching the cloud manufacturing.In this context, we use ICES-SSP for the support platform,that it is based on the bilateral resource integration(BIRIS) service mode.The paper will research the design and implementation of sevice evaluation system based on ICES-SSP. The purpose is to propose ICES-SSP service evaluation system and establish technical and business architecture of the system.First, analyse the structure of user organizational relationships. Participants of the service platform are divided into service center, the cloud enterprises, providers, customers, and anonymous user. By analyzing the relationship between user organizational structures, the role of these types of relationships become more clearly.Second, after analyzing the user relationships of service platform analyse the evaluation relationship for the ICES-SSP. On this basis, discuss the composition of the evaluation results and propose the formal description of results and summarize the service evaluation mode for ICES-SSP.Third, propose the idea that the sevice evaluation is baesed on the evaluation model. Service evaluation model consists of two parts: evaluation index model and index calculation model.And the model is in the form of xml file. Design the DTD document for the evaluation index model and index calculation model and provide a basis for designing specific evaluation model.Fourth, combined with the design of index model and index calculation model, propose the design ideas and implementation process for the the parser of index model and index calculation model.Finally, based on the above theoretical research, design and implement a prototype system of service evaluation baesd on the ICES-SSP. And introduce the architecture, function description and overall business process of the system.And the system is applied to service system of simulation data of CNR to verify.
