With the deepening reform of country, the power supply enterprise continual change from original management enterprise and the electric power production enterprise to service enterprise. This is a powerful way to improve service quality and competitiveness, but due to the stage of transition, some service methods are not perfect, data analysis is not accurate, past experience does not keep up with development requirement of power supply company, Weihai power supply company and other power supply companies have encountered the same problem, So in order to solve the problems encountered in transition stage, develop the power supply service quality evaluation system of Weihai power Supply Company is provides help for the transformation of Weihai power supply company.This system uses Spring as development framework to achieve operational monitoring, data calculation, persistence, unified access and security management workflow components. Moreover, it uses Java as development language to implement internal evaluation and analysis, quality improvement management, database management experience measures, metrics management, business reports and statements management module and use Vaddin as display assembly. It establishes comprehensive evaluation model to build a service quality evaluation system, realizing multi-dimensional analysis of results after comprehensive evaluation of service quality results; thus to solve real business process more user data retrieval needs change. The system provides a customized and generate custom reports based on SQL statements.The functional architecture design of the system are divided into five functional modules:internal evaluation analysis, quality improvement management, measures and experience library management, index management and report management. The internal evaluation analysis mainly includes service projects, service channels, custom theme evaluation and trend simulation and so on, Quality improvement management includes service problem identification, improvement method create, improvement method audit, improvement method implementation, effectiveness evaluation and tracking of Six function parts, Measures and experience library management mainly includes measures of library management and typical experience library management functions, Index management including index database management and index system management function module, report management includes briefing quality service management, special service report, template management, solicit opinions, total report of service quality, multidimensional reports and other functions.Through function classification of the system, to sum up main content of the power supply service, and visualizing some service data for manager to analysis and future arrange for company’s development, The development of this system can improve the service quality of Weihai power supply company, able to guide the transformation of the company as soon as possible, and rapid development of power supply company, it solve some problems appear in the service, and provide some advice for the future development of Weihai power supply company.
