Research On Construction And Support Mechanism Of E-service System Based On SSME

Electronic service, as a new service model, its function relies on building a good service system. However, Service system is society complex technical system that contains people, information, technology, environment, internal and external systems, other support resources. Therefore, establishing and operating a well-function service system is a very complicated process that needs to consider various factors overall. As a combination of service science, service management and service engineering, SSME led service innovation and advocates to integrate different fields knowledge and methods to design, operate and improve service from multi-angle. Integrated research methods, as well as multi-dimensional perspective view and a user-centric thinking of SSME just provide a good guide on electronic services building and operation.The main content of the paper:First, it proposed a E-service construction method based on an integrated method. The core concepts of SOA and MDA, such as service strategy, service lifecycle, service integration architecture, and service mode were linked to abstract a fast analysis framework. The method simplifies the analysis process and improve the efficiency of system development. Second, a support guarantee mechanism was designed on the paper based on service quality management and control, user information literacy cultivation and protection of the rights.Various factors that may affect E-service system normal operation were fully taken into consideration by the mechanism from angles of service providers, users, state and society, which can effectively protect the electronic service system continued good function. Finally, the method mentioned above was applied to reconstruction J provincial Intellectual public service platform and the implementation process of platform management subsystem based on J2EE architecture was introduced on the paper, which further verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method.
