To resolve the financial risks, maintain the stability of the financial system and improve the bank management status, we must strive to reduce bad loans, improve the quality of assets.Tai’an city management system of non-performing assets of rural credit cooperatives is a credit to rural credit cooperatives and the vast majority of loan officers, boycott bad assets management system. This system aims to establish a complete and perfect the work system and work process of non-performing assets, improve the quality and efficiency of management. The system according to the different roles into different permissions, permission to operate through the corresponding function. The system operation is safe, reliable, efficient, can effectively improve the recovery result of non-performing assets, cost and cost control management, unified dispatching and monitoring of all the bad assets of rural credit cooperatives of Tai’an City, to master all aspects of non-performing assets of the information in real time, and the bad assets management business to give the rational perspective and remind, to enhance the core competitiveness of rural credit cooperatives in Tai’an city.In this paper, through detailed analysis of the Tai’an rural credit cooperatives non-performing assets management system requirements, combined with the mature JXEE framework, using hierarchical thinking to do a detailed analysis of the design of the credit and the management of non-performing assets. And fully consider the application of Tai’an rural credit cooperative current situation and future development plan, and strive to make the system meet the bad asset management needs now, and lay the foundation for the function modules of the system in the future, for the comprehensive management advance to reserve.
