The Design And Implementation Of An Information Management System Of Rural Credit Cooperatives In Gansu Province

At this stage,due to the information technology and the use of a large number of micro computer,the rapid development of information technology.Now the information age makes the administrative departments of the level of information technology has become a decisive factor to seize the social development and economic development level of high speed.E-government is put in the first place in many countries to promote and promote the use of the five key applications.At this stage,the developed countries have a relatively complete electronic government because of the favorable conditions of information resources,technology and talents.There are also some based on E-government only on the petition information management system,but the effect is not obvious,the exchange and sharing of information,teamwork and a big problem,which makes the work efficiency is greatly reduced.In view of this situation,need to adopt information technology to the business process optimization,change the traditional way of handling,reduce repeated work and improve the management efficiency of the petition work.The main work of this paper includes three aspects:(1)this thesis is mainly based on the related requirements of petition management of rural credit cooperatives in Gansu province and on-the-spot investigation,according to the theory of software development and project management theory is designed,based on Myeclipse platform,combined with SQL Server 2005,J2 EE architecture,MVC design pattern technology to realize the whole system firstly,related technology a brief overview,and then from the feasibility,function and non function and other aspects of the analysis;(2)the demand description and Analysis on the basis of the overall framework for the design objectives and principles,system design,function module design and database design are introduced and analyzed,on the basis of the design,targeting the registration module,the petition system in the Petition Petition processing module,statistics module,complaint management the module,query module and implement custom settings;(3)the final test for realization of function of the petition system,testing all functions for the petition system from the angle of software engineering,testing and analysis of the system from the functional testing,performance testing,pressure testing and other aspects,the test results show that the system can meet the actual demand.The use of high-tech information technology,through the development of a usability,security,management system and can be extended to resolve the problem of information,the specific process,which can make the work efficiency and ensure the quality of service,the letter to visit bureau chief work to improve the level of automation and information management.The registration of the relevant content,the management level improved the work efficiency,deal with the letters more quickly.The research and design of the author is based on the B/S model,and it has very important practical significance in the operation and management of the scientific standard of rural credit cooperatives and the standardization of the management.
