At present, the rural credit cooperatives have been on average the equivalent ofthe general volume of business small and medium scale manufacturing enterpriseswhich involve large amounts of data and economic information as well as higherlevels, government agencies guidance information. This large amount of data andeconomic information accumulated together, if only due to manual handling of theslow, inefficient and can not be fully and timely, high-quality use say that it is aserious waste of information resources, and potentially reducing the Credit on themarket response to the sensitivity of the ever-changing situation, and the authenticityand credibility of information, is not conducive to micro-decisions timely andaccurate on the day to day business to make the right guidance and regulations.With the continuous development of rural credit cooperatives, growing businesslines of credit, credit management has also increased the difficulty of the work. Onlythe use of advanced management tools and instruments, using a unified informationsystem to the whole process of lending scientific and standardized management, thequality of credit assets to achieve effective monitoring to reduce credit risk purposes.As China’s financial reform, commercial banks urgently need a suitable front, middle,back office processing platform for credit operations, the establishment of the bank’scredit management information system. Implementation of the credit system ofinformation management is to deal with market competition, control operational risks,an important measure to achieve sustainable development.The proposed bank credit management system design and implementation ofrural credit cooperatives have been in Hunan, the practical application, to get asatisfactory evaluation.
