They can Only fixed query, modify patient information, and some patient’s information even still use paper records, so that the management needs to be manually checked, manual recorded, manual modified, the mobile information management currently used by Affiliated Hospital of Medical College in Qujing is still not perfect.Implementation of mobile care management systems will shorten the distance effectively between patients and nurses, realize physician orders for tracking.The system determined the requirement after the survey of workflow staff and knowing the actual situation in Affiliated Hospital of Medical College in Qujing. Combining with advanced technology currently appearing in similar system, we determine that the structure of the system uses B/S architecture, the mobile nursing station architecture uses the Android system. During design process, we use the MVC design pattern ideas and struts, hibernate, spring framework of advanced technology. We use good ORACLE 10G database on the database side. The mobile nursing station in this system is a hand-side implementation in clinical nursing information management work. The support platform is hospital care management systems, and the handheld terminal equipment are smartphones, tablet PCs, PDA, etc., using the system’s data to make the operating environment to cover the ward.This system are divided into mobile nurse station and clinical care information management, mobile nursing station main achieves the executive management and status and statistical operations. The executive management includes entry executive management, dispensing, verification, implementation, inspection, care records, access management functions. Status and statistics have memo reminder, workload statistics, execution status, settings, features beds list. Clinical nursing information management achieves the implementation of management, status and statistics, other management business. Status and statistics includes the implementation of the state, the list beds, workload statistics, notes, reminders function, and other managements include workforce management,nursing management, nursing quality control and analysis functions of adverse events.The use of this system provided convenience for the nurse to manage patient and simplified the work, which improved the work efficiency and reduced work flow and reduce medical malpractice due to errors lying in information of patient. The operation of the system plays a significant role in the mobilization of the hospital staff motivation.
