The Development Of Game Handheld Terminal Based On Android System

With the rapid development of science and technology, Android operating system which depends on its powerful user experience, is more and more favored. The mobile handset based on Android operating system is becoming an indispensable communication and entertainment tool in people’s life and work. As a new kind of game, the board game is popular among young people. Tired of the tedious and closed computer games, people are gradually pursuing the board game which is puzlled, casual but fashionable.This project is developing a special kind of game handheld terminal which is used in a new kind of board game. As for the hardware, it selects ARM’s Cortex-A5processor and implements the related functions on application management, system settings and game interface. As for the software, it uses Google’s Android operating system and writes related programs on Eclipse.The essay firstly gives a brief introduction about Android operating system and board game. Then it concludes the importance of developing mobile handsets by explaining its development at home and abroad and the future. Thirdly the essay is divided into chapters to discuss the establishment of development environment and system analysis, design, implementation and test in details. This part focuses on system design and implementation. Finally, it summarizes the finished work and expects the next phase of the project.
