The development of information technology supports the the enterprises’ informatization. In order to solve the serious problems of local tax Bureau management software, such as outdated software, Single function, statistical difficulties and huge data, We have to add the Disabled Employment Security Fund management system to the centralized system according to the Chinese tax construction planning and construction of the integration of ideas, which can effectively improve the security management, reduce the margin distribution inconvenience and cost savings, improve the management mode of separate three powers that is collection, management, check of tax collection.
