This thesis is based on Hebei Province Library Expansion Program (HPLEP),analysed current personnel employment management of Hebei Province Library (HPL).This thesis point out the part which is unreasonable and need to be improved urgently ofcurrent management and institution system, through a series of investigation and study, itcould make a suitable personnel employment management system for HPL, and comparethe old system with new system (including effect evaluation and analysing), finally drawa conclution: I individually think our did the correct move of HPL’s personnelemployment management, and this move facilitated the new development of HPL in thisnew age. |
