Research And Implementation Of Employment Security Management System For Disabled Persons Based On.NET Platform

With the development of the times and social progress, the employment security of the handicapped has attracted more and more social attention. The management of employment security fund for the handicapped is the top priority of job security.There are many problems for the current management of employment security fund for the disabled, such as management idea obsolete, backward management means,low efficiency, query statistics inconvenience and so on. Therefore, it is imminent to informatization upgrade the fund management of employment security for the disabled.Taking use of structured analysis method, and the logical thinking of top-down layer by layer decomposition, the paper completely descripts the target system. Based on the analysis of management system of employment security fund for the disabled at home and abroad, the paper studies and compares the theoretical shortage of management system of employment security fund for the disabled. Based on information management, integrating mode and idea of modern financial management,the paper designs the overall system for management of employment security fund for the disabled and details countermeasures, which includes four modules, such as system management, security management, basic configuration, and statistical analysis, and sixteen small modules. It is effectively to solve the problems existing in the system. For example, in the management system, using the authority management based on role, the access system resources are classified and built up a hierarchical relationship. According to the security policy, it is to realize the control between users and permissions, and simplify permission setting process, which is convenient for the users to use. Especially in the process of data acquisition, it is greatly increasing the work efficiency by taking use of methods of input and import. Considering the development of the future system architecture, a safe and reliable system is completed bases on the existing resources and time. The system is based on. Net technology,Microsoft SQL-Server2008, and UML(Unified Modeling Language), which effectively shortens the design period, reduces the cost, and get the optimal segmentation of hardware and software.The paper includes six sections, and takes the progressive argument.In the first section, elaborating the background, purpose and significance of management system of employment security fund for the disabled, and the review of relevant research at home and abroad, the paper puts forward the research ideas and technical route, and illustrates the characteristics of the study. In the second section, it is an overview of the theory of the disabled employment security fund management system, and introduces completely the technology adopted in the development platform. In the third section, it conducts a demand analysis which describes the system demand accurately taking use of case diagram from the point of view of function and process, and feasibility analysis of the system which discusses from the aspects of technical, economic and operation. In the fourth section, it design the system with a detailed description of the disabled employment security fundmanagement system in architecture, function and database. In the design process,tools, such as, UML and ER, are adopted to ensure design meeting the requirements of software engineering, which provides a good foundation for the configurable and extensible system. In the fifth section, it is about the system realization, which introduces development environment of the software and hardware, realization of each function module and performance test. It expresses the whole system design through the list of units reporting annual, query units, querying and benefit allocation of four modules of the function, operation flow and the interface prototype. In the sixth section, it is the conclusion which tells that the system has the feasibility of the implementation, and explains the further research direction, and take use of the quantitative standard to improve the management of the employment security fund of the disabled.
