The University Press has its historical development and development characteristics, is different from the central and local press, private publishing organization, technology companies and other digital publishing subject, the study on the strategy about digital publishing of university press is necessary.This article attempts to analyze the present situation of digital publishing of University Press development and environment, aimed at the crux of the development of digital publishing of University Press, combine the practice of digital publishing and digital publishing strategy, to provide effective reference for digital publishing of University Press.In the Introduction, the author elaborates on the academic background, academic significance, academic view, research purpose and methods, two concepts "University Press" and "digital publishing", the remaining part according to the idea of the development course, development problems, development strategies to analyze the strategy about digital publishing of University Press.Development course:the first chapter, through the analysis of the history and current situation of University Press, the value orientation of education service and development of publishing industry orientation of University Press is ingrained;The history and value orientation of University Press has far-reaching influence on University Press; The digital publishing of University Press has some achievements but the overall development trend to the development of the digital publishing is slow.Development problems:the second chapter mainly analyzes the environment of University Press, through the analysis of the external environment, namely the political and legal environment, industry environment, social and cultural environment, science and technology environment, the internal environment, namely the content resources and reader resources, editing team and marketing team, brand resources, I can conclude that the development of the digital publishing of University Press both opportunities and advantages, there are challenges and threats. For the study on the strategy of digital publishing of University Press proposed to pave the way.Development strategies:the third chapter, the fourth chapter and the fifth chapter, respectively from the digital publishing core competence construction, development platform and with the aid of outside force to realize digital publishing three aspects to research, combine the practice of digital publishing and digital publishing strategy, to provide effective reference for digital publishing of University Press.
