With the development of science and technology, computer technology and network information technology has gradually become the new role of the classroom teaching, exhibiting flexible interactive, rich diversity and powerful data management capabilities, making it a powerful driving force to trigger the education revolution. With the deep reform of China’s education, the traditional textbook publishing faces the market shrinking, the use of network multimedia and other modern educational technology to achieve educational information becomes hot spots of teaching reform, provides a broad space for development of digital textbook publishing. With the popularization and development of multimedia technology, education reform requires modern technology and teaching content are organically combined, and the development of information technology makes digitization of the teaching content and teaching process become possible. Technological change has brought the reform of teaching methods and teaching means in courses, has been traditional textbooks gradual transition to the use of multimedia technology to develop digital teaching resource, multimedia teaching and network-assisted instruction to put forward new requirements for traditional textbook content and form.With the socialization of information, the digitization of teaching and teaching concept changed, University Publishing Press (hereinafter referred to as "University Press") needs to build a digital information resource center, integration and sharing of core technology strengths and channel operational advantages, development digital textbooks including multimedia textbooks and the auxiliary mode of online teaching, and thus provides a new way to solve the problem of teaching resource for school. However, due to the presence of issues of the reading habits, intellectual property rights, digitized textbook publishing in China is still in the exploratory stage, and is regarded as a kind of supplementary materials. Therefore, with the reform dynamic, technology innovation and policy changes, University Press developing digital textbook publishing, based on digital teaching platform conducting modern teaching, has important practical significance for development of the textbook publishing and in-depth reform of teaching.With the vigorous development of China’s education, as well as by the impact of enrollment, the textbook market is the rapid development and the competition is fierce, University Press needs to extend the paper textbook content and integrate to adapt to characteristics of the digital communication, and actively promotes the digital construction of the course, further opening up new markets of digital textbooks. Based on improvement of paper textbooks with the help of multimedia technology, by means of modern information technology, network teaching platform as the support, develops the new textbook of various forms, content digitization, operation of network, to create rich digital teaching resource, gradually realizes the integration of transition from construction of a single textbook to digital teaching resource."Integration" is not simple platter of traditional paper textbooks and digital teaching resources, but teaching activities, teaching objectives for the command, poses by the main materials, ancillary products and digital teaching resources interconnected organic whole.University Press has formed the unique mode of publishing and publishing culture in the process of development. From the published content, University Press service market is mainly concentrated in the publishing field of academic monographs and textbooks. Constantly opening up the field of publishing, and to consolidate its own publishing advantage at the same time, University Press should explore new publishing resource, digital publishing and textbooks combine development, increase textbook of digital publishing efforts, find breaks of the traditional paper textbooks with digital textbooks and organic fusion, foundation on the basis of content resource for digital publishing, thus achieve the orderly development of digitization textbook publishing. The future publishing industry is the traditional publishing and digital publishing inclusive, both promotion of content valuable resource upgrade and extension of industrial chain. In the digital industry environment, it is necessary to vigorously develop the extension work of digitization of traditional publishing products, but also to actively join the new field of the digital content industry for University Press; not only to form a support system of knowledge innovation, but also to the formation of various types of support system of educational knowledge, to explore its own road to digital development in the field of educational publishing.With the development and wide application of information technology in the context of media convergence, digital publishing has born out. University Press is an important part of China’s publishing industry, digital publishing has brought new opportunities and challenges to the traditional University Press. In the context of teaching reform, the information of society and the digitization of teaching make digital textbooks become a new kind of teaching carrier. The integration of information technology and teaching resources is a new trend of digital publishing, and the digital textbook publishing has draw lessons from a meaning. Based on the transformation restructuring background, the transformation from traditional publishing to digital publishing as an entry point, combined with domestic schools promote the actual needs of the digitized teaching, on the basis of interpretation of digital publishing connotation, the digitized textbooks of our University Press as the object of study, examines development status of digital textbook publishing, analyzes the problems of textbook publishing in the digital transformation process and its profound reasons, and proposes appropriate development path, lays the foundation for the construction of digital teaching resources, and thus provides some reference for digital transformation of textbook publishing of University Press.
