In the 21st century, information systems development is very rapid, and thus the frequency and signal transmission rate clock is also put forward higher requirements. Resolution and storage performance is essential in today’s electronic product performance requirements. USB3.0 with transmission speed, easy to use and fast, etc., to meet the latest requirements of the USB specification. USB3.0 simulation design were carried out based on the Intel Romley platform USB circuit design, laminated design, line width from the design, the impedance of the design, such as the design topology. Finally, a USB3.0 testing and analysis, and the test results are given USB3.0 signals.In this paper focused on the high-speed signal integrity, made a number of improvements and modifications such as design specifications, for the third generation serial hard drive interface (SATA3.0) also designed to promote and inspire their role.
