The system will help Shandong Province face the current needs of vocational training, and monitor the whole process of the real-name subsidy work, thus improving the management level and work efficiency of the real-name subsidy system of Shandong Province vocational training.The technical architecture of the real-name subsidy management system was determined by the specific circumstances of the real-name system of Shandong Province vocational training, and the system was developed on J2EE platform and used JAVA language for programming, and used struts2 framework for design, that struts2 is widely used get for its stability and reliability. MySql database was used as the data support of backstage, and the management system with B/S structure was achieved on the tomcat server.The real-name subsidy system of Shandong Province vocational training mainly achieved organization information management, project information management, trainee information management, subsidy information management and the data information management. Organization information management can manage the relevant organization information, and is composed of two business, basic organization information management and viewing information. Project information management can view project information, display detailed information, and check in information of projects and classes. Trainee information management consists viewing organization information, viewing trainee information and checking in trainee information. Subsidy information management achieves training subsidy management, subsidy of identification management and living allowance management, and accordingly achieves searching training projects, viewing subsidy information, checking in subsidy information, and identifying subsidy information. Finally, data information management can manage the relevant date information of the real-name subsidy system of Shandong Province vocational training, including three services, statistical analysis of data, data reporting and data verification.With the establishment and use of the real-name subsidy system of Shandong Province vocational training, enabling the modern management level of real-name subsidy system to a new level, strengthening standardized management of vocational training, and improving the safety of vocational training subsidies.
