With the number of domestic population growth, the housing problem has become the main concern of the citizens, the management of low-rent housing, public rental housing, affordable housing and other housing rental, sale and other activities more and more onerous, implementation of national housing reform policies also adding workload housing management. On the database side, the system uses SQL Server 2014 database to design the table structure and ER diagrams. The project information management includes projects information creation and project information changes. Project information creation is to achieve the basic information, buildings, floors, units, family rooms, and funding information item adding. Project information modification includes the modification of project basic information, submitting the audit, filing archives. Family situation information management is constituted by the bank funds seized and the modification of family information. Housing management mainly completes the maintenance of applying for public rental, public rental housing with rent, rental funds information, public rental housing application information, public rental housing surrender and public rental housing with rent maintenance. Rental subsidies management completes subsidy management, subsidies payment, subsidy requests for changes and subsidies disqualification.Finally we made the system's implementation and testing, the implementation shows how the system is realized through the system running screenshots, specific implementation methods. Testing part uses a series of test methods for testing, and make changes for parts which do not conform to the demand to perfect this system.
