Research And Analysis On Financial Subsidy Management System Of Weak Group In Chang'an Town

The footsteps of the information have been walking in the forefront of the times, leading the development of the society and the progress of science and technology. In the implementation of "streamlining town" which is a major reform in Dongguan city background, business acceptance and approval model town of Changan Bureau of social affairs is changed. In order to improve the Social Affairs Bureau, the internal examination and approval, work system, efficient, fast service guarantee households vulnerable groups, to reduce the fuzzy zone in business acceptance and approval process, improve work efficiency and substantial service quality town Bureau of social affairs, the cooperative work mode of window type, process, electronic, is presented in this paper the design of management system of financial subsidies to the web server and client collaboration.The thesis firstly introduces the research and application status of the town of Changan Bureau of social affairs fiscal subsidy management system research background, meaning of the project and the present stage of similar systems, clearly the work of the research contents of this paper and the related research. Then the paper mainly research work is as follows:1) Systematic business analysis. Using it to capture the top business requirements of the performance management system, on the issue of business problems existing in the present stage, and gives the transformation after the business process.2) Systematic function analysis. In the functional analysis, this paper uses the object-oriented method, using UML modeling tool to give the use case diagram and the use case descriptions, which presents the function of the system definitely. Then through the system overall functional package diagram and the sub functional package diagram to describe the dependency.3) Data analysis. This paper analyzes the data which is required in each function of the system and the entity class diagrams are given, and as a result, the database table structure is established and the field description of it is done.4) Finally, this paper carries out the summary of the research and analysis work of the science and technology performance management system. Then the further work of the performance management system is prospected.
