The enterprise and the vehicle certification management module mainly includes the authentication information, change information registration, vehicle stop /transport registration, cancellation registration, qualification authentication. Fuel data management module mainly has the information input, data processing, back to the data processing, data view and reporting, department review, vehicles review, report and fight back. Fund management mainly includes fund adjustment, subsidy allocation of funds, disbursement of funds, subsidies funds distribution query. Report printing module involves in fuel consumption list, fuel consumption summary, subsidies paid registration, payment of funds schedule, fund balance sheet and disbursement of funds statistics registration form. Information reminding includes the release of information and the information query. Personal work station include my business management, user management, line management, query the progress of work, query line, add branch, data reporting, my contacts, my personal information.Putting System into use can make the oil price subsidy management informationalized, improve the efficient in office, and at the same time, the information management of the system saves administrator’s time for many operations such as data comparison, data checking, data auditing.
