The Research Of Periodical Literature Knowledge Organization Based On HNC Theory

With the fast growing of internet technology, people can contact a big sum of information, the right information people needed are submerged into rubbish information. At the information age nowadays, the competitive power is not the real assets but the knowledge we have, so it is important to operate and manage the knowledge as other assets do. For the management of literatures, it is essential to analysis the deep into the literatures and then link, manage, express the knowledge of the literature. By this way, we can link many different fields with the semantics web.The research background in domestic and international fields were analyzed first in this work, we make sure that the research objective of this work is the literatures in journals, and the main goal is to manage the literatures efficiently, so we can provide better service to the customers. The the theory of organization and management were analyzed, based on this, we organized the literature knowledge organization management in the fields of expression, extracting, organizing and linking.Firstly, based on the characteristics of journal literatures, we proposed a segmentation method of literatures theme based on lexical chain; Proposed a six knowledge organization model of journal literatures based on the characteristics of knowledge element and hnc theory.Analysis of the meaning and the role for knowledge connection of each attribute, and the lexical chain is alse a attribute of the knowledge element. This work proposed the method to build lexical chains based on the HNC theory, it serves the organizing of knowledge element.Secondly, based on the lexical chain, extracting the subjects and contents of knowledge elements. This work proposed the calculation method and influence weight factor of knowledge key words and contents based on the lexical chain. For the extracted knowledge elements, HNC field concept was used to organize the same knowledge elements together. Then based on the logical and semantic linking method, different knowledge elements were combined together to form a complex semantic net in order.Lastly, libraries were built for the knowledge elements in different fields, and show the effect of searching of knowledge elements. The main goal of this work was organizing and expressing the knowledge in the literature contents, then make a contribution to the innovation and combination of the knowledge, and serve the customers with more efficient knowledge service.
