The Application Of CAUXT In The Research On Dining Out Behavior

With the arrival of the mobile Internet, daily life has been more convenient and abundant. Mobile products can be used anywhere and anytime, and user experience issue is everywhere. Traditional data collection methods can not meet the need of the mobile Internet. So, it is necessary to explore new methods to solve the problem. Such as mobile user experience tool based on context awareness, which is proposed in this paper.Main objective of this paper is to explore the usage of user experience tool with context awareness in mobile internet, including three parts. For the first part, we complete the design and development of context awareness mobile user experience tool. Based on sensing ability of current mobile devices, combining with the features and needs of user research process, this paper defines the function module of mobile user experience tool, including communication module, data acquisition module and rule paring module. In the second part, this paper explores the usage of this tool in practical cases and its cooperation with manual data collection. According to the needs of project, this paper uses "Research on dining out behavior about Young Chinese people " as the background, and utilizes this tool to complete user experience data collection, with the help of interviewing method. In the third part, based on the data collection, this paper utilizes KJ method and brainstorm to complete data analysis, extracting demand points and innovations on catering mobile products and services of young Chinese people.According to the three research work above, it completes some work of design and development in mobile user experience tool. In the research of practical cases, we find the joint point between tool and manual method in user experience research, which is the foundation of further study in user experience tool. At the same time, the research demonstrates the need and the innovation of dining out in young generations, providing valuable information for the reference to the industry, and also proves the importance of mobile user experience tool indirectly.
