Currently, the function process on most of the wireless intelligent terminal applications is a one-way process from the developers to the users, and most of them depend on the experience of the product designer or the market research. Besides, most of the application just exhibit the function process for different users, can’t provide the personality operation experience for the particular user. As one way to improve user experience, this paper aims to realize the personalization of user operation, that is one application will provide different operation process for different users, which juset fit the particular user.In order to realize the personalization of user operation, this paper comes up with an idea which record user operation and the device information and train the user model based on the data to simulate and predict the user behavior. User behavior collection and simulation prediction framework is built, which can be divide into two parts that are user behavior collection framework and user behavior model. User behavior collection framework is responsible for collecting user operation and device information, which is easy expanding. The developer can expand the collection information and store ways easily. On the other sise, based on the data collected by the user behavior collection framework and using the user behavior graph, user operation framework for the whole application is built, and on the key point decision tree is used to predict user hevavior. At last, the framework is used in a concrete application, realize the collection and simulation prediction of user behavior. This paper improves user experience by personalizing user operation, designs and realizes the user behavior collection and simulation prediction framework. Firstly collect the user operaion and device information, secondly build the user behavior graph based the collected data, at last simulate and predict the user behavior using the user behavior graph, help user to complete some habitual operation automatically, make one application provide different operation process for different users, achieve the purpose of optimizing the user experience...
