As the key factor for the success of modern warfare, wartime logistics supply has to be appropriate, accurate, timely and suitable. Safety is also critical because of attacks from enemy. As a typical complex system, wartime logistics supply system has large time space, wide influence factors, and complex relationship. Accurate and intelligent is the direction of reform and development. In the dissertation, research is done on four key issues about logistics center and supply system, using performance evaluation, modeling optimization, and simulation techniques.After summarizing the modern logistics supply system structure and research progress, the concept of wartime logistics center is pointed out to guarantee the efficient of supply system. Based on this concept, the research technical route is proposed based on QPN and MAS. Through analyzing the process of modeling and simulation using QPN and MAS, feasibility of technical route is proved. Considering the service process, uncertainty and security requirement of logistics center, QPN is extended to model capability and risk. Using the layered modeling method, wartime logistics center QPN is built. Then, through the explanation of structure, process and complexity of supply system, the general architecture of MAS model is put forward. After module design, traffic and battlefield environment is special handled to improve accuracy and convenience. Based on the logistics center QPN model and supply system MAS model, supply system process optimization method is proposed.In the end, using QPME, a QPN modeling and simulation tool, the correctness of logistics center QPN model is proved. Based on simulation result, resource optimization method is proposed, also about the decision making method of capability and risk. And based on the supply system MAS model, a simulation system is developed, as the analysis tool of wartime logistics supply system. Models proposed in this dissertation successfully solve the four key issues on supply system optimization. The research technical route has important military significance and wide application space.
