Simulation And Optimization Research For Operating System Of Y Pharmaceutical Logistics Center Based On Arena

With the rapid development of pharmaceutical logistics and the increasing integration of efforts to the pharmaceutical market, planning and Construction for large-scale pharmaceutical logistics center has become an inevitable trend and the key point to develop the modern pharmaceutical logistics. Therefore, in recent years, the large pharmaceutical logistics center has become a hot investment on the field of medicine circulation in our country. How to carry out simulation and optimization analysis for the program of planning, design and operation for Pharmaceutical Logistics Center has become the key topics for the development of pharmaceutical logistics.Relying on "Jiangsu Y Pharmaceutical Logistics Development Planning" project, as the research object for Jiangsu Y Medicine Logistics Center, in accordance with the characteristics of Pharmaceutical logistics,this paper had an in-depth analysis and research for the operating system in its planning program,and Using Arena simulation software, set up simulation model for operating system of Pharmaceutical Logistics Center based on the Discrete Event System Simulation thought and Logistics System Simulation Optimization Theory,Subsequently verify the simulation model and put forward propose improvement measures by the simulation output results,and finally have an analysis on the service level and total cost ,optimize the program by OptQuest and get the optimal resource allocation program.For the high-risk problems of pharmaceutical logistics center planning and operations process, This thesis have the analysis of pharmaceutical logistics center operating system based on the traditional qualitative analysis,and using Arena simulation software, set up simulation model for its operating system, Strengthened quantitative analysis methods, to make up for the disadvantage of the shortage of the process of planning and operations quantitative analysis in the past,this paper provide a reference for the assessment and improvement of Pharmaceutical logistics center design program, Also put forward a new idea for Medicine Logistics Center Process Improvement and the Optimization of resources allocation.
