With the progress of society and technology,the form and style of modern war has undergone profound changes,the demands for logistical support are increasing,and the role of military logistics which act as an important part of the logistics support is also becoming evidently significant.Based on the above background,this article focuses on the Vehicle Routing Problem of wartime logistics,combining with the actual situation of the army,attempting to establish the wartime logistics VRP mathematical model,which can solve the problem of military actual transportation scheduling.The main content includes the following three aspects:Firstly,considering the actual wartime situation,three indicators of the greatest impact on the logistics route were identified through research on a large number of relevant literature and materials: Timeliness,Security and Economy.While modeling,the above three indicators are integrated and respectively given a certain weight value on the basis of nondimensionalization.Thus,the mathematical model for solving decision efficient function is designed to simplify the complex multi-objective path optimization problem to the single-objective path optimization problem of solving decision efficient function.Secondly,an improved Artificial Fish-Swarm Algorithm is introduced in the process of solving the objective function.As a new intelligent algorithm,while suitable for solving multi-objective optimization problems,it is also has some shortcomings such as weak local searching ability and slow convergence rate.In this paper,combining the objective function,the Artificial Fish Algorithm was improved in view of the artificial fish foraging,cluster and collision behavior to overcome the above disadvantages and meanwhile improve the efficiency of the algorithm.Thirdly,simulation calculation of artificial fish algorithm and improved artificial fishalgorithm are respectively conducted with MATLAB software in order to verify the rationality of the decision efficient function model.Through the comparative analysis of the results,the rationality of the proposed function model and the stability of the improved algorithm are proved.In summary,the research of this paper has a positive effect on solving the Vehicle Routing Problems in wartime logistics,it also provides some help for the army commander to make a decision of the actual military logistics activities.
