With the continuous development of China's tobacco industry and the rapid development of logistics industry,the construction of modern logistics of tobacco industry has gradually received extensive attention of the government and scholars.The particularity of the tobacco industry makes the risk is everywhere,on the one hand,the emergence of risk may lead to the tobacco logistics efficiency is lower,on the other hand will affect companies and even national economic benefits.Therefore,the risk of tobacco logistics research is particularly important.Theory with practice,On the basis of master relevant theoretical knowledge,this paper put A tobacco company as the research object,analyses the problems existing in the logistics business process,identifies and analyses the risk factors,establish risk prevention and control model to explore the unreasonable process and optimize it,reduce logistics operation time,save costs in order to improve the efficiency of logistics and enhance responsiveness and customer satisfaction,so as to improve the core competence of tobacco industry,make contributions to construction of modern tobacco logistics.First through consulting a large number of tobacco logistics and risk management information,field investigation was carried out on the logistics center of A tobacco company,mainly from the in-warehouse,storage,sorting and distribution link to analyze the problems,identify and analyze the risks.Secondly,in order to solve these problems,using Petri net theory knowledge logistics risk prevention and control system model is established,and use the mature performance analysis method for qualitative and quantitative analysis of the model,on the basis of the correct model to find the bottleneck link of the system,in order to verify the validity of the model and found the system key processes,the introduction of ExSpect software to simulate and analyze the model,and put forward the optimization measures and improvement scheme,by running the optimized model and analysis results,verify the validity of the optimization measures.Which provides the basis for reducing logistics operation time and improving the efficiency of logistics for tobacco logistics center,has guiding significance for the management of the industry management and decision-making.
