Based on above full discussion of the Big Data theory,the paper introduced job content and market demand on the following parts from the characteristics of real estate management: Property real estate register and census register;Housing demolition management;Real estate business development;Property management;Real estate file management.The paper proposed method that using the existing information systems to build and perfect real estate management data platform,further solve problems in real estate management with data analysis.The real estate management data platform included the following points:(1) Real estate file management system.It completes the daily warehousing, catalog, and borrow work in the real estate archives management;It offers files service such as the file check or certification the file check;It also completes the develop,research and implement on the work of real estate archives work principles, policies and relevant regulations;(2) Real estate geographic information system.It manages the property range, area, layout information.The system functions include map operation, query, statistical analysis, data storage and management, data output and print etc;(3) Real estate business development system.It manages the property rights certification and business behavior.The content includes the building property right registration certification, registration of mortgage, the transfer of property transfer, rental market management, housing management authority housing restrictions, market management and the pre-sale housing management etc. (4) Integrated service system.Features include identification of housing security, public housing management, property management, relocation management, renovation management, housing management, supervision, property assessment fees management and query statistics.Using massive data collected by the data platform,we are able to formulate solutions for problems in the real estate management work.Under the guidance of the principle "Cost minimization, benefits maximization "which comes from lean management theory,Using the methods of economics and statistics,we can find and kill some extra costs in daily work.
