The Data Analysis Application System Of Quanzhou Local Taxation From Real Estate Industry

Over the past decade, the real estate industry is an important pillar industry of ourcountry, which has made a significant contribution to the improvement of Chinesenational conditions of living. Meanwhile, as the population flow accelerates and thelevel of urbanization rate increases, the supply of urban housing becomes seriouslyunreasonable with soaring house prices. Nowadays, since the prospect of ourcountry’s economic development environment is uncertain, the development of thereal estate industry slowdown along with Chinese economy. In this phase of change,the risk of the real estate enterprises will increase. Therefore, in order to reduce therisk of the taxation from real estate industry, it is necessary to reinforce the analysis ofthe taxation data by strengthening the taxation levy efforts and the informationconstruction..First, based on the introduction of the information construction in Fujian localtaxation bureau, this thesis discusses the basic hardware and software implementationof analysis of the data of Quanzhou local taxation from real estate industry.Combining with the third party data of the real estate industry mastered by Quanzhoulocal taxation bureau, this thesis indicates possible risks of Chinese tax collection andmanagement. Through the technique of third party software, by constructing andsketching the overall system framework, this thesis presents the analysis model of theQuanzhou local taxation from real estate industry.,Second, the details of systematic analysis, design and implementation of the realestate data analysis application system has been introduced. Especially, the systemrequirements, database design, preparation process of the main function module hasbeen demonstrated.Finally, taking the real estate taxation data from Quanzhou as an example, thisthesis introduces the usage of this system and shows the main results of the analysis.The statistical reports demonstrate that the system has achieved good results for the high reliability of the assessment of the taxation levy quality and high success ofpre-warning result of the taxation risk.
