Analysis And Research On The Real Estate Registration Information System In Baoshan City

March 1,2015,the State Council formally implemented the "Interim Regulation on Real Estate Registration" provides that the study of real estate registration management system development,has important practical significance.This paper mainly introduces the background,present situation and significance of real estate registration information system in Baoshan City,and expounds the resea rch direction,key work and main contents of this paper.Through the business analysis module,to find the existing problems,the original business process unreasonable,etc,after optimization for business process flow chart for recycling.Through the use of case analysis and use case description for functional analysis,combined with functional analysis to draw the overall function and sub-function pack age map,including the initial registration,change registration,mortgage registration,query analysis,In the data analysis module,the data of the real estate registration infor mation system are analyzed,and the entity relation diagram is drawn and the structure table of the database is established.Finally,this paper summarizes the research and analysis of the real estate registra tion information system in Baoshan City,and elaborates the further work plan.
