Design And Implementation Of Students’ Work Management System In Shaanxi Institute Of Technology

Students’ work is an important part of the daily management of universities, with the influence of many aspects, such as in college’s scale, hardware condition, cultural environment and so on. So the students’ work is difficult. To solve this problem, we not only strengthen the team, construct the system. but also consider other ways.Many universities in the domestic have developed the special management information system and get some effects.The theme of this article is to aim at shaanxi institute of technology, design and develop a management information system of B/S architecture. In order to make teachers easier handle the students work online in daily life and improve their effect of work.The main business scope of the system relates to user management, student records management, admission fee, labour, caucus management and dormitory management, the main user for the system are administrator, employment office staff, the staff, financial department science technology department staff and logistics staff. The final system uses the MVC design pattern, using Spring, Hibernate, JQuery and other industry leading open source technology, Linux operating system and MySQL database operation based on the design, The design process and the operation result is given in this paper.The designed software system of this paper could improve the user units of the informationization degree, make business people liberate from the traditional forms of work, standardize the way of business, also could provide data support for the user of policy makers.
