Design And Implementation Of Information Management System Of Students’ Practice For Jinan Engineering College

Now the developed internship management system is still in the information release level, which bring a lot of inconvenience management work for students in Higher Vocational Colleges of domestic post, how to present the advanced network technology, based on the integration of practice management process, practice teaching theory, betterly achieving the basic management process and unified teaching, to build a new post practice management system, used to solve some defects of the relevant system, is an urgent task of teaching management workers.Based on domestic and foreign literatures, the present development status of teaching management system is analyzed and compared.Using the software development process, in order to educational technology theory, user needs and functional structure of post practice management system are introduced in detail, and the application of interactive design for user centered is focused on, on the basis, the main functions modules such as internship application, algorithm design and practice arrangement, realization of teaching management process from design to the original algorithm are described in detail, not only the performance optimization is considered, the user convenience in the whole using process is payed more attention, for making better and easy use effect.Based on J2EE technology, using JDK1.6, STRUTS1.2.9as a development environment, using Tamcat6.0as a server, the use case diagram, sequence diagram, data flow diagram, E-R diagram are designed, the difficulties in the process of the development and application of the system are analyzed. Enterprise information management, cooperation management, distribution management practice, practice evaluation management, feedback management, student management, class management and workflow management and other functions are achieved.Finally, the whole system is tested, the test shows that the system can meet the information management needs of Jinan Engineering Institute students’ practice, can achieve the dynamic management of entire process from practice application, practice to arrange internship teaching.At present, this system has been test run at the Jinan Engineering Institute, in order to make a comprehensive analysis of the system running effect, to improve the teaching practice in the management system of science, rationality, validity.
