The Design And Implementation Of Students Work Integrated Management System For Qujing Senior Vocational School

With the rapid development of China’s economy and information technology, China’s education is also flourishing, whether in primary, secondary schools and high schools, or in universities, their management become more and more informationalized, and use the computer everywhere. The management of school-related information is mainly processed through paper records, which waste time, energy and resources. Using advanced information technology to manage the daily work of the school is the primary task of Qujing Senior Technical School. In order to cope with the current development of the country, it becomes necessary to design and implement a comprehensive student management system to improve work efficiency and ensure security.By surveying the actual situation of Qujing Senior Technical School and combining with technologies that similar systems used, designing the technical architecture of the system, the system used J2EE architecture, used MVC design pattern, used struts, hibernate technology to design, used SQL SERVER2012 database, and used B/S architecture for the design.The student work management system of Qujing Senior Technical School included six modules, including student’s class management, leave and cancel management, student comprehensive evaluation, financial aid management, award management and system management. Student’s class management module implemented class information management, student information management, records management, performance management, student discipline management, enrollment and registration. Leave and cancel management module was divided into daily leave and vacation leave, mainly achieved leave setting, leave audit, leave history inquiry, and cancellation. Student comprehensive evaluation module implemented batch setting, class batch management, evaluation team setting, monitoring progress, comprehensive evaluation, and closing the batch. Financial aid management module implemented querying historical difficult students, confirming students from poor families, audit batch setting of students from poor families. Awards management module implemented awards setting, can’t have both awards setting, awards batch setting, auditing student information, viewing quota allocation. System management realized school role management, school user rights management, log management, profession and grade management, preset data, student information management and semester setting.By using the student comprehensive management system of Qujing Senior Technical School, the management of Qujing Senior Technical School will get rid of the cumbersome procedure, the operation will be more standardized, more efficient and more accurate, and help a lot for students and teachers. Exchanges between teachers and students become natural, the relationship is gradually closing, breaking the mere teacher-student relationship between teachers and students, so teachers and students become friends. Which is more conducive to teachers understanding students’ inner thoughts, prompting the development of the school.
