The Management Information System Design And Implementation Of University Students’ Work

With the rapid development of information technology and popularization in such trend that the scale of recruitment in national university expands unceasingly recent years, the education management information construction are also speed up the pace. In March 2014, the ministry of education issued the 2014 key work of education informatization, this paper points out that we need to further promote the education management information construction, develop the management information system of education, as well as the underlying database applications and services. Way of the information management of university students is urgently need to adapt to the demand of the times and also to extend continually, transform the traditional way of pure manual management to informatization management. Therefore, to develop a set of scientific, practical management information system of university students’ work make the humanistic education and student management informationization organic combination and coordinated development, become the necessary work for the development of education management informatization. Based on the study of the domestic and foreign existing related management system, satisfying the demand of a university student management work in JiaXing city, a management information system of university students’ work was designed and developed. The main work of this paper is as follows.1. Introduces the overseas and domestic research status of the management information system, especially in view of the existing system of university students’work, analyzes its advantages and disadvantages, and its development feasibility. Lay the foundation for developing the management information system of university students’work in this paper.2. Introduces the key technology needs in developing the information management system of university students’work. The system base on WEB platform as the basis, make up for the inadequacy of real-time interactive WEB interface ability in combination with foreground technology such as JQuery/EasyUI. Using open source framework system of background technology like WAMP (Windows+Apache+PHP+MySQL), PHP and ThinkPHP to achieve the complex business logic, and make the system have strong extensibility.3. Expounds and analyzes the requirements of the management information system of university students’ work, including system overview, data description, function requirements, operating conditions, system performance and so on. Describes the system design scheme, firstly, determines the overall structure of the system adopts B/S structure model, secondly, describes the design of various modules, database and user interface respectively.4. The realization of the system function introduced finally. And the various functions of the system indexes were tested through the practical application of a university of JiaXing city. Results show that using the system, make the zero distance communication between students and teachers realized, make the work of students ideological and political education carried out in-depth and extensive, lead to more orderly work of information management, and eliminate the phenomenon of students’ illegal, improve the efficiency of work.
