These datasare the basis of the architectural design essential parameters, helping customers approved products;Second, a broadly representativeproduction line in Chengdu Cai Yisteel products Co., LTD.Are selected, and its virtual prototype model has been created. Furthermore,the motion simulation of production linehas beenobtainedtoprepare the virtual videoin production process; Finally, theSolidworks software was employed for promote the ongoing factory’s plan which was building more dormitory and mill. The 3Ddigital model of factoryhas been generated. We dealed the generated model with pasting the correspondingfigure process,making and bakingbillboard and trees by using3ds Maxsoftware. Next, the processed model was becomed the completedvideo by usingnVision R9softwaresuitablehandling, and demonstrating the result of stereoscopic vision. Certainly, the virtual prototype and virtual scene displays of Chengdu CaiYi products Co., LTD.also was exhibited.This virtual prototype and virtual sceneapplication hasrevealed a lot of advantages, such as customer can appreciate this factory by their any desired visual angle, indicating aexcellentinteractive function.
