Chinese high-speed railway, characterized by large scale, long distance, high speed and internationalization, has become the lifeblood of rapid transit of the national land road. Lateral subgrade detection is to monitor the location of the underground space, the change of displacement direction and the angle, etc. The conventional detection method requires human intervention, which makes the detection speed slow and time-consuming long. Therefore, it cannot satisfy the demand of real-time measurement. How to build a set of remote measurement and control system based on wireless network can conduct remote monitering and fault diagnosis of high-speed railway lateral automatic detection terminal, which is of great significance.In this thesis, the system composition, design scheme, hardware and software composition and working principles have been detailed explained by the author.Highly precise digital single shaft obliquity as sensor, high-speed railway based lateral automatic detection system includes the inner pipeline data acquisition system, nozzle control system, GPRS data communication system and applications on the server and the client. According to the application requirements, inner pipeline data acquisition system can timely and accurately read the data collected by the angle sensor. Nozzle control system is in charge of receiving the instructions sent by GPRS data communication system and exchanging data with inner pipeline data acquisition system and controlling motor elevating. GPRS data communication system manages to periodically exchange data with nozzle control system and send the data information to the remote server. Remote server application receives the data and stores it in the MySQL database, and the client application can access the data interface provided by database through the network, and achieve the function of data query, management, analysis, etc.The work of the thesis includes two parts including hardware design and software design. The former includes the alternative of electronic components, circuit schematic diagram, PCB design, welding components and circuit debugging; the software work includes using C language to complete the programming of the inner pipeline data acquisition system, the nozzle control system programming, GPRS data communication system programming respectively and designing of the communication protocols. Meanwhile, VC6.0 platform has been adopted to complete the server application and VS2010 platform to complete a client application, additionally MySQL database server has been set up with corresponding data table designed to store various kinds of data. After completed, the system has been conducted corresponding test.The thesis researches and realizes the high-speed railway lateral automatic detection system, which effectively meets the health monitoring demand of the high-speed railway roadbed lateral. The scheme which can be also applied to civil engineering such as the soil dam engineering and the bridge engineering, which is of great practical value.
