The high-speed railway is an important foundation for economic development and an important part of the development of a country.With the rapid development of high-speed railways,people's travel and communication with each other becomes easier and faster.It is estimated that by the end of 2020,hundreds of millions of people will travel on high-speed rails.By then,high-speed railways will become the preferred means of transportation for people to travel and travel.Therefore,stable communication becomes more and more important.In China,the GSM narrowband mobile communication technology is still used in the railway industry.However,the shortcomings of GSM-R itself cannot be ignored.That is,in the high-speed operation environment,the performance and spectrum utilization of the GSM-R system is greatly reduced.On the other hand,the GSM-R system cannot meet the growing demand for data services.The GSM-R bandwidth in China is only 4 MHz,which has become a key factor that restricts the further development of the GSM-R.This article focuses on the use of TD-LTE technology for base station network coverage planning for high-speed railway scenarios.Due to the GSM-R's own shortcomings,TD-LTE can provide higher-speed,higher-capacity transmission capabilities.Therefore,railway communications need to move from GSM-R.TD-LTE technology is moving forward.Base station coverage and frequency planning are important components of network planning optimization and are also the main factors affecting the coverage of high-speed railways along the route.Through the first three chapters,this article provides a comprehensive introduction and comparison analysis of high-speed railway development,high-speed railway communication technology development,TD-LTE related technologies,and base station network coverage planning.Specifically talked about the development of high-speed railway TD-LTE communication technology and the difficulties faced,the principle of TD-LTE communication system,including the analysis of network architecture,key technologies,and networking solutions,and covering the base stations along the railway with reasonable construction costs.In the end,Atoll simulation software was used to simulate a high-speed railway line in a certain city,and the effect of the base station planning was seen through the combination of data and simulation charts.In the last part of this paper,we mainly study the frequency planning under high-speed rail environment,and reduce the problems caused by the same frequency interference through reasonable frequency planning.Firstly,the frequency planning method is outlined.Then the principle of the traditional genetic algorithm is introduced in detail.Then the traditional genetic algorithm is improved for the high-speed rail environment.In the simulation analysis section,the path loss of the Okumura-Hata model in the high-speed rail environment was first simulated,and the path loss in different propagation environments can be clearly seen.Then in the limited frequency resource,based on the given frequency allocation scheme,the traditional genetic algorithm and the improved genetic algorithm are compared by Matlab simulation.The simulation results show that the improved genetic algorithm effectively inhibits prematurely falling into local search.Excellent,strengthen the global search ability.In terms of convergence,it is also superior to traditional algorithms.
